There is a discount for single occupancy of a double room or twin room of 35% off the normal rate for 2 people.

Discounted rates for Children sharing parent's room:

0-4 years: free   5-11 years: 50%   12-15 years: 75%   (all discounts percentages of adult rates).

Prices include a full Scottish or Continental Breakfast and are inclusive of all taxes.

Smoking policy

In accordance with the Scottish Executive ruling on smoking in public places, the hotel has a strict no-smoking policy in all public rooms.

Booking

To confirm a booking, please either -

•   send a cheque for £20 per person, or
•   email/telephone credit card details (name, card number, issue number, expiry date and security code - if emailing, please split the information into two emails for security purposes) which we will hold as confirmation.

Your credit card number will only be used for payment when you check out, if this is your preferred payment method, or in case of cancellation as outlined below.

Guests may check in any time after 2.00pm, or earlier by request. Check-out time is 10.00am. or later by arrangement provided it does not inconvenience incoming guests.

Cancellation Policy

If you have to cancel your reservation more than 14 days before your visit any deposit taken will be refunded. If you cancel in less than 14 days we will retain the deposit (normally £20 per person) or debit your credit card by this amount, unless the room is re-let to another guest. If cancellation takes place within 48 hours of the booking date, we reserve the right to request payment in full.
